The first step in safeguarding anyone vulnerable is preventing those who may wish to harm or abuse them from entering the workforce. That is why every applicant is pre-screened by our trained and dedicated team before an interviews as the first step in our recruitment and selection process.

Our Safeguarding and Vetting procedures are far more stringent than national legislation require – we feel this is VERY necessary for keeping children safe. Potential candidates will be declined if they fail to meet the screening checks and we are very proud of our track record and standards. We are never complacent when it comes to keeping children safe.

THESE CHECKS INCLUDE:

  2. I.D Check & Right to Work
  3. Review of previous employment history
  4. Qualifications Check
  5. Disqualification & Disqualification by association declaration
  6. Knowledge checks on the most important aspects of early years practice

We encourage all candidates to have a DBS and be registered on the update service. Where they do not hold a DBS this is shared with you immediately.
