The founder of Early Years Connect is a specialist consultant within the Early Years sector holding a Masters in Early Education and is also a former Ofsted inspector. She wanted to put together a full circle of support to close all compliance gaps after working with hundreds of providers as a consultant over the past 7 years.
Holding over 17 years of experience she knows exactly how stressful it can be to remain compliant whilst dealing with staff turnover which is a key factor when addressing ratios and deployment. She also knows how important it is to have high quality staff on board when the aim is to maintain or achieve an outstanding provision.
